[Feature Request]: Ability to favorite game(s)

Description

Favorite game(s), basically the same as 'Pinning'.

• add "Favorites" list to "GameList"
• render games in "Favorites" first

I can attempt this, please assign me if this would be implemented.

Reason

• Searching a game manually takes time
• No scrolling down, and waste time finding that one game

Hi, I'd like to work on this if it's still available.
I'm planning to add a Favourites list to GameList with persistence in the settings file, a right-click context menu to favourite/unfavourite, and sorting favourites to the top of the list. Please assign me if that sounds good.

I think it would make more sense to put the favourite information in the gamelist cache file, rather than a settings file, then if the ISO disappears, it can clean itself up, plus it can update the favourite information along with the rest of the list quicker.

Obviously the downside being if the gamelist cache gets invalidated, it'll clear your favourites, but I don't see that happening often. Ironically that change would invalidate it. lol

I probably wouldn't put it in the cache file since clearing people's favorites unexpectedly isn't very good.

There's also an open issue for adding groups to the game list: #11666. For now it would be perfectly fine to just add favorites without support for groups, I just linked it so you can think about how it could be extended in the future.

So I think it would work fine if I stored favorites in the settings file keeping the code structure in mind so it can be extended to the groups system.
