Why do you believe this is a false-positive?
I own and operate this service. Lynxinbio.com has never had phishing content on it, but in the past a small number of users' LYNX pages linked to phishing sites hosted elsewhere. We have removed all such pages (and banned those users), along with implementing new safeguards to actively monitor and remove any links to malicious content in the future.

Some filters that check Phishing-Database (including AdGuard - see AdguardTeam/AdguardFilters#225241 ) are blocking our site.
