BUG | Contributions are not synced to the Phishing.Database repository

What is the problem you are experiencing?

The contrib repository is not being synced to the main Phishing.Database repo. After few days, some PRs were finally merged in https://github.com/phishing-database/phishing 8 hours ago , yet no syncing activity is present in commit history in the main Phishing.Database.

How can we reproduce the problem?

1. Get your contribution merged in https://github.com/Phishing-Database/phishing/pulls
2. Go to https://github.com/Phishing-Database/Phishing.Database after few hours and see the stale state showing last commits from "A week ago"

What did you expect to happen?

I would expect the contributions to be merged into the main repository within reasonable timeframe since it has already been validated by maintainers in https://github.com/phishing-database/phishing.

The Assignees listed in this issue are the current maintainers of this project. I am not sure though of who is managing the Github Actions and other automations regarding the final phishing list.
