Representatives from both 1540 and 9600 have asked for a feature that allows them to export the agglomerated data in Peregrine as a CSV or similar file, presumably at the end of quals. It may be possible to convince them to switch to Peregrine altogether, but I don't think this should be a difficult feature to add (though it may require integration with the backend).
