多个集群切换，namespace 没有同时切换

Describe the bug
kubernetes 导航栏的deployment 页面， 当切换集群时，namespace 还是默认集群的所有namespace， 没有因为切换了集群，变成该集群已有的namespace。

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. 进入kubernetes 导航栏deployment页面
2. 切换集群
3. kubernetes 命名空间 namespace 没有发生变化

Expected behavior
预期namespace是切换集群该有的namespace
