DevOps documentation

With all of this CI/CD stuff, its best if its very well documented and organized, to include the following:

- What the pipe does
- How to use
- Example of actual usage

Bonus: add animated gifs or a video (youtube or other) to explain better.

Goal is to introduce devops to Quasar developers (new or experienced) and encourage to use them in their work/play.
