From Arbiter, select the Settings button, then Project then Layers. See a list of active layers. Select one, then select the Delete button. The Confirm remove prompt appears as it should, select OK. You are taken back to the previous screen showing your selected layer. The Delete button is still showing. It should go back to the layer list and the deleted layer should be removed. User selects Save at the bottom of the screen but the deleted layer is still listed. Select Done, then Maps and you are back to the map. Select the Layers tab and your deleted layer is still there - twice. Selecting each and adding a feature works for both. No delete action done on the layer.
