Import raster from file geodatabase into PostGIS

As a user I need to be able to import raster data from a file geodatabase into PostGIS so that I can use the data in GeoNode.

Acceptance Criteria

• In the GeoNode import UI, browse to a file geodatabase and select a raster
• Select the rest of the options for import in the GeoNode interface
• Select PostGIS as a the destination

Apparently the geoserver imagemosaic plugin can handle this. @ScottEvil confirming this is not a priority for OD1
