bug: Download process hangs when downloading a bundle APK from APKMirror

Bug description

When a bundle APK is selected using the APKMirror downloader plugin, ReVanced Manager does not display any download progress information and seemingly doesn't download anything.

I'm unsure if bundle APKs are even supported. If they aren't, either the Manager or the Plugin should provide an error message.

I am not sure if manager is updating the progress based on streamreadcount/length (which it should) or if downloader updates the download state, but if its the former, the progress will be stuck for as long as the merge is not finished. The reason why manager should handle the download progress is because of abstraction, downloaders dont have to reimplement the same progress tracking and manager can simply track streamreadcount/length. However, i think how its currently implemented is downloaders returning the progress, which leaves the ability to return the progress of the download prior merge. For the merge, 10% of the progress could be spared so the remaining 10% is used to update for the merge, the merge itself can be done in a separate thread, so the 10% can be increased slowly to emulate progress. But like i said, manager should handle the progress update technically speaking. This doesnt make it impossible to show a download progress (if merging by streaming is possible)

I'm trying to let it download reddit from apkmirror and it's been over 10 minutes now, on a fast wifi network

Had the same issue with Reddit. I had it sitting there for like half an hour and it did nothing on my high-end phone with it connected to gigabit internet.

I have the exact same issue.

Activating "Settings>Advanced>Run patcher in another progress" did "unstuck" the download and the preparation.

But it fails applying the patches when using apkmirror bundles with multiple apps I tested.
