feat: Use charm-cat instead of apk mirror

Feature description

I have made a website (https://charm-cat.github.io) as an alternative for AKP Mirror, APK Pure etc., it is completely FOSS and currently has all the apps for ReVanced Patches.

Motivation

By using charm instead of APK Mirror, people could download the apk files much more easily and without ads.
Also APK Mirror doesn't cover every apk file that ReVanced Patches have.

CHARM stands for: Compatible Handpicked APK's for ReVanced Manager.

I was planning to buy the domain ".cat" so thats why the repo name is "charm-cat".
The files are being hosted on buzzheavier.com
The files don't expire on there since I have contacted the owners about it and they have granted 1tb of unexpiring storage for my project.
