It's shitty behavior that instance (even enterprise one) can stop working from minute to minute. No disclaimer, nothing.

Also the version is supported but some bullshit in RC doesn't think so.

Please, turn this shitty feature off 🙏 🔥 ☄️

• Login

Resetting the Client-App-Data (Help -> Reset App-Data) fixed it for us. But it's impossible / a really big pain in the ass to do this for multiple users!

So yeah: What the heck is this behavior to hard-enforce and break the functionality for all users so that they have to hard-reset? Even if this was due to a mistake......

It should be working now - i has to restart all of server instances.
The issue is that RC is dependent on this shitty JSON https://releases.rocket.chat/v2/server/supportedVersions
There was missing 7.13 versions so they had fo fix it manually. It's insane how disruptive it could be.
