Unclear origin of `sp.entity_id` during SAML2 configuration

Issue description

Hi!

From the documentation it is not clear, what the origin of the value for sp.entity_id is.

The linked documentation for SAP Cloud Identity Services does not mention any information for the SAML application that is created that matches the sp.entity_id.

In fact the sp.entity_id is defined after creating a new SAML2 application in Cloud Identity Services, navigating to the SAML 2.0 Configuration (Trust > Single Sign-On) and then performing the manual configuration. The first information requested from the user is the Entity ID - which is the sp.entity_id in the Cloud Logging service instance configuration.

So basically the sp.entity_id has to be defined by the administrator doing the setup, right?

The value for sp.entity_id refers to the name of your application in IAS,

The Entity ID of the service provider. Generally, this parameter is set to the name of your application configured in your IdP. Required if enabled is set to true.

So basically the sp.entity_id has to be defined by the administrator doing the setup, right?
