Update workshop description with UW?

Wondering if we should:

• Cut the github stuff and talk about something else (maybe about cleaning files with e.g., readlines or focus more on regex)
• specify that we'll mostly use tidyverse

Showing how to deal with data that is shifted could be nice for people (maybe we don't promise it in the description but see what we can do )

If we do this - need to update intro and repro lectures in how we talk about what we are covering too :)

After thinking about it, I think factors would be the most likely to really help people and it is also tidyverse heavy what do you think @avahoffman - we could also use our content from intro to R

Either way! On the other hand, it could be nice to have our classes be slightly different. We could point Intro to R folks to iterative stuff that's part of this class if they are more advanced.
