ConcatVCF does not need much memory and giving it more than 8 cores
does not make it faster.

By the way, GitHub has a setting for a default branch. If you don’t want PRs against master, you should set the default branch accordingly.

Have you considered having a stable branch instead of a dev branch? The normal development could happen in master as previously.

Hej, regarding GitHub indeed it makes more sense, @maxulysse promised to change it accordingly, thank you. I am just fixing something on ASCAT, and once that is ready, all these changes can go to a PR and have 1.2.4.
