Unless there's another reason, can we limit this to Ruby and Rails versions that have been EOL for more than a year, like last time? (Ruby 3.0 and Rails 6.1) I don't want to force users into major updates needlessly. Thanks! Could you update the Readme as well?
I'd like to cut a release before merging this, to separate it from the bug fixes that are in. Afterwards, we'll need a change log entry for this as well.

Proposing we drop support for Ruby 3.0 and Rails 6.1 as both have been out of security support for over a year. Come April of this year we can consider removing support for Ruby 3.1 and Rails 7.0 as well.
