It not yet maintained, its same as i have sent you the screenshot.
Even in desktop view also Contact form is not good.

I can make it in a card with a better UI

@Anusha271815 This issue has already been identified and assigned to someone earlier. Please make sure to go through the existing issues before raising a new one, so that it helps us avoid duplicates when reporting flaws in the project.
