"Add to Wishlist" button should change state after clicking

On https://aistockanalyzer.onrender.com/, each row in the table has an Add to Wishlist button. When clicked, the button does not change.So, user can get confused!

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open the site
2. In the table, click Add to Wishlist on any row
3. Button remains the same

Expected Behavior (Solution):

After clicking, the button should either:

• Become disabled, OR
• Change text to “Added!” (with a visual cue like color change)

This prevents repeated clicks and gives clear user feedback

@angelica-singh-04 Yes, this enhancement is needed. Please proceed with the changes, focusing only on the StockList.jsx file. Avoid modifying other files, but if changes are necessary, clearly mention the file names in your PR. Complete the enhancement as soon as possible and raise a PR based on the latest merged pulls. Drop a confirmation message here so I can assign this issue to you. Also, kindly mention your participation role (GSSoC, OSCI, or Open Contribution).
