Hey, I'm Steven Alvarado

Program Manager | Data Analyst | Navy Veteran

Former U.S. Naval Officer and NAVFAC program manager with ~10 years managing large-scale contracting, construction, and facilities portfolios. Currently finishing my MSBA at William & Mary (Spring 2026) and pivoting into defense analytics and data-driven program management.
