Add the colors from meodai/color-names

• Add the colors from meodai/color-names, "a handpicked list of 25791 unique color names from various sources and thousands of curated user submissions."
• Make a script that will pull the lates version from Github, and then automatically create the POV-Ray include file from the colornames.csv source-file, and that will make the color names "POV safe".
