According to https://watannetwork.com/tools/blocked/#url=m2CBbUi2dEY, all videos in that playlist are blocked in every country except Vietnam.

My VPN doesn't have a region in Vietnam, so I can't reproduce unless I can load videos in the playlist and play them, because right now in the browser it says all the videos are unavailable, and same in NewPipe.

Should mention though that I am able to load other playlists I have that have 100+ videos in them, so this is not a global playlist issue (although one time it didn't load for some reason and had to restart the app, but that's a different bug)
