Faculty Approval/Review action logs not showing faculty name?

Could someone clarify for me if this is by design or maybe a bug? I'm using the latest code, when I approve the Embargo and the Application via the Faculty Review URL, the faculty/advisor's name is not shown in the action logs, but just shows as Advisor instead?

According to the docs it should show the name: If the Faculty Advisor approves the ETD, the action log will record the faculty member’s name.

I do not remember a conversation about this in particular, but I imagine it is by design. Accessing the Faculty Review URL does not require the user to login. Therefore, there is no way to track who took actions on the page. It is possible that a workflow might send the URL to someone other than the Committee Chair for approval. In that case, the system could not just assume that the Committee Chair took the actions.

@cstarcher I was thinking about the same thing too cos it's a "whoever has the link can access" scenario. Thanks.
