Standardize existing funding information

At some point (maybe this existed since the ROR plug-in was first turned on), ROR is also enabled for funders. Need to extract this information as well and try to standardize, should be fairly easy.

Could use the same approach as affiliation (get list of all freeform and ROR match), but may want to auto-populate with abbreviations of all federal agencies if not already represented (e.g., NIH, IMLS).
