From FrappeCloud instance to Raven Cloud for Push Notifications

NOTE:
Possibly occurring due to v15 to v16 migration + change of erp URL.

Attempting to "Re-register site on Raven Cloud"
Error: Failed to make API call to https://cloud.ravenchat.ai/api/method/raven_cloud.api.notification.register_site: 401 {"exc_type":"AuthenticationError"}

@KushX you need to login and setup your API key and secret using a proper account (not Administrator) at first. Once you set the correct API key and secret in Push Notification section, you can try re-register on RC and Sync Data. It should work fine.

Was working just fine before (v15). Now, even when we re-generate the api secret - we get the error shared previously. Regards, Kushal

@KushX did you change your site URL? Can you tell me the old and new one? Do not share API key and secret.

Yes, I had already mentioned the URL changed. Old was likely lotus.jh.frappe.cloud. @KushX your site URL seems fine to me, that is clearly not the issue. Which version of Raven are you using? Also, you need to run register on RC using the same user who's API key and secret are being used. Administrator won't work.
