refactor: create `cli.ricing` home manager module

There a several programs: onefetch, cava, cmatrix, figlet, lolcat, fastfetch, pipes, cowsay that are just loaded in several places that have one purpose: ricing pictures. Which a server does not need. Move these into their own module.
