- New release note for HDF5 format compatibility when re-opening files #2176 format compatibility.
- Add missing previous release note for 4.8.1.
- Improve a related older release note for 4.4.1.
- Add a paragraph to the new function documentation.
- Minor typo and spelling fixes.
Link fix, and a couple things from my spell checker.
* Add current release note for Unidata#2176. * Add missing release note for Unidata#951 in last release 4.8.1. * Improve related old note for release 4.4.1. Better consistency with recent updates.
Comment change only. Explain the reason for the third argument to H5Pset_libver_bounds. Simplifies experimental code using advanced features.
