In theory cp_win32.c includes config.h, which should include ncconfigure.h. |

@DennisHeimbigner yeah, it's curious, I'm setting up an MSYS2 64 environment on my PC right now to try to get this working, and then I'll backport what I figure out there into the Github Actions. |
