The last post was in 2024, it's a shame if this project is no longer being maintained by anyone. I'm willing to keep this project alive!

I’m building a new project called OBJX, heavily inspired by Objection, but with a more modern architecture around typing, runtime, tooling, and extensibility. My intention is not to “replace” Objection’s history, but to carry forward many of its ideas in a way that can evolve faster.

If you’re open to it, I’d be very grateful to collaborate in a lightweight way, for example:

• occasional architectural feedback
• review of RFCs / design decisions
• pointing out pitfalls or lessons learned from Objection
• advice on compatibility or migration paths where it makes sense

I’m not expecting day-to-day maintenance from you. Even periodic guidance would already be extremely valuable.

If that sounds good, I can open a discussion or a small RFC document in the repo and we can define the best way to collaborate from there.

That's exactly what I thought, so I decided to modernize the project myself, thus creating Objx.
