PySQLCipher's Usability
PySQLCipher isn't the best. 4.0 isn't easy to install on linux, and 3.0 doesn't qualify as secure considering it uses SHA1.

User Data
The bot doesn't hold any identifiable information that isn't already publicly available as soon as someone joins the discord server. Other data (Order ID, Invoice ID, Email) is hashed using SHA256 for privacy.

Overview

Need to find a system that doesn't require much (if any) setup from the server to begin. Might just use a custom file.

Having a custom solution for the database would be ideal. Encrypt it similar to how Media-Manager does.

The only downside to this is that anytime that you change the data structure, you have to re-do the data itself. You could create an automated process for doing it, however it's still not ideal.

Maybe a combination of the two? unencrypted databases with encrypted data inside of them. That way the structure could be easily modified while keeping the data intact.
