Fixed the list numbering issue in the ch1.md

你好，markdown 在渲染的时候会自动编号的，只是手工改编号好像作用不是太大，除非是要把相关的交叉引用都建立起来，但这个要考虑下各个在线或离线平台之间的差异，不清楚是否好处理。 |

嗯，我就是在转成 epub 格式的报错：有重复引用。我想尝试一下这么修是否能解决。我再看一下具体是哪里的问题。 |
