WASI roadmap update

Hi,

Looking at https://wasi.dev/roadmap WASI 0.3.0 preview is available in wasmtime, and stabilisation was expected by February. From looking at this repo, much of the WASI 0.3.0 design is already specified, but I understand there may be some issues blocking the stable release.

Externally, all the documentation (including the component model docs), refer to preview 2 and don't refer to any of the new concurrency features.

I'm wondering if the roadmap could get an updated ETA and possibly any status updates since then.

I understand this issue may be better for the wasi.dev repo but I could not find it.
