Weekdays Background Color Change.

Is there a way to change the background color of weekdays? I saw someone asked a similar question already but wasn't sure it if was my same issue based on your reply. I want the weekdays background to be gray like in the picture.

So I figured out a way to get this look if anyone else needed it. First you want to set the calendar's header background color, you can do that with the following command.

calendar.appearance.calendar.header.backgroundColor = UIColor(red:0.96, green:0.96, blue:0.96, alpha:1.00)

Secondly select the calendar in Storyboard and make sure the Background is set to Default (I believe the Default is set to a clear color). Thirdly place a UIView behind the calendar, make that views background color to which ever color you like. Fourthly align the following view's constraints with the calendar, Top, Leading, and Trailing. Fifth drag the bottom of the view in-between the Weekdays and first row of dates. Six set the aspect ratio to whatever it is currently set at.

Then boom!! Problem solved.

I have tried your code @bopeola21 but I get an 'FSCalendarAppearance' has no member 'calendar' error. Any ideas?

@WenchaoD 其实可以加一个接口来设置下星期栏的背景色. 这个是比较常碰到的需求.
我看了好多日历相关的app都是会设置不同的背影色来区分日期和星期栏.
我在做的一个app也有这样的需求. 不过按照 @bopeola21 的方法, 稍显麻烦, 如果有一个属性可以直接设置背影色就好了.

希望后续版本能有这个属性:)
