Timezone support

Hi! I notice that all dates in the calendar uses UTC timezone, even today's date is calculated based on this default timezone, is there any chance that the calendar's timezone can be set?

@ghvg1313 This was fixed in Tag 2.3.3 but apparently I've forgotten to merge it into master. I just use cherry pick to update master from the tag.
