Isn't font-size-is-readable suppose to be 16px from a11y perspective?

Hey!
I wonder if "font-size-is-readable" shouldn't enforce a minimum of 16px font-size from the a11y perspective?
Can this rule be configurable?
From what I see, there's no standard but the convention is 16px and not 15px.

I'd also prefer if it could be configurable 🙏

iOS devices automatically zoom in when a form field has focus if the font size is less than 16px.
