500ms delay on startup for i2c displays. The Feather ESP32-C6 required this and I suspect a few other boards.

Added 500ms delay on startup for i2c displays. A forum issue came up where the Feather ESP32-C6 required a delay and I suspect other boards need it to.
This is a one line change to three I2C SSD1306 examples.
