e478c779d800afb09a85aee11bfa52c7223b5120 is a valid PR that does point to the 2.7.93 tag: gofrolist/molecule-action@e478c77
9eb6dac7c5fc6dc05ccfe2fe8b01e06628513646 (the previous git-ish) is now a 404: gofrolist/molecule-action@9eb6dac
it seems to have worked in past actions, so i'm not sure what is going on exactly here, it also works as expected in other repos
