Cannot access all fields in dialog via keyboard #171

When trying to navigate dialog using keyboard:

can only Tab to Font names, Cancel using reverse tabbing (Shift-Tab) (Windows-only)
cannot tab to type (heading vs paragraph) or group (Serif, Script, ...) fields
left/right arrow keys sometimes bubble up to doc (Windows-only)
