Cannot upload an extension to the registry

Description

I cannot upload anymore my extension to the registry.

PS: I tryed to run the registry locally but I had some troubles...

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login to https://brackets-registry.aboutweb.com/
2. Upload the zip of the extension

Expected behavior: [What you expected to happen]
My extension should be uploaded on the registry

Actual behavior: [What actually happened]
I see this error: "Server responded with 401 code."
If I refresh the page I'm logged out.

Versions

Windows 10

After copying the deps/brackets-extensibility inside the node_modules of brackets-registry the app started.
But uploading an extension resulted in an
"Uncaught Exception"
"Error: Cannot find module 'npm'"
Adding npm in the deps/brackets-extensibility/node_modules (through its package.json) fixed it locally.

I ran it on my local, it seems to upload the extension, Can you share which extension are you trying to upload?

You probably need to have a "dependencies" field in you package.json.
I tryed and failed to upload these:

Just checked it, need to add npm as dependency, will raise a PR for it.

After adobe/brackets-registry#78 I still cannot upload my extension.
Reopening.

@saurabh95 can you check what's wrong on the registry machine and get npm debug logs from it so we can see why the npm install comand failes?

@saurabh95 can you simply skip npm install on the registry? I don't think it adds any real benefit there.
