  1. Shutdown Chrome
  2. Open “citrus completed” project or "getting started" project.
  3. Open index.html
  4. Start Live Preview
  5. Put cursor in <body> tag, Ctrl-E
  6. Change background-color

Result: you don't see the update in Chrome.
