Quick Open arrow key navigation retains old highlight pos from earlier text

1. Launch Quick Open
2. Type "doc"
3. Press down arrow 5 times
4. Backspace and type "key" instead
5. Press down arrow

Result: 6th item in results list is highlighted

Expected: highlight should start from top again

Marking low priority since this is pretty unlikely to get hit and probably not worth spending time on right now.

We could consider folding this into the Quick Open UI polish story too.
