[Dark Shell Mac] Slight window repositioning when going full screen on Mac

With the new dark shell, when going to full screen, the window moves vertically ~20px before the scale-up/resize animation plays. It's a very subtle, quick movement that doesn't reproduce each attempt.

I compared this to the Sprint 32 release to confirm that this is new behavior in Sprint 33.

Not sure why. This is all being done by the system and it's intermittent for me. If I fullscreen another app and then fullscreen brackets, for instance, it doesn't do it. Maybe it's loading a library? Not sure how to tell...
