  1. Launch Brackets without a JS file immediately open
  2. Open any non-JS file
  3. Jump to Definition

Result: NPE in JavaScriptCodeHints/main at handleJumpToDefinition()

This is one of several issues making the EditorManager.registerJumpToDefProvider() extensibility point not really extensible. I'm hoping to put up a PR soon...
