Reloading a document with Word Wrap on may not scroll the page to the right location.

1. Open a page with at least 500 lines. I used EditorManager.js from Brackets src.
2. Make sure that View > Word Wrap is checked and scroll to the bottom of the page.
3. Select Debug > Reload With Extension.

Result: After reloading the top most line number is a few lines less compared to the start line number before reloading. If you have increased font size, then you will see even larger difference in number.

Confirmed fixed in master with the original steps, but I still see some minor issue and I'll log as a new one.
