Erratic menu item behavior in Win7 (VIDEO)

I'm still noticing erratic menu item behavior in Sprint 37, which I had noted in 36 as well (see [Issue #7033]). In this latest build, there are subtle differences in behavior from the previous version, but it's effectively the same, i.e. items in the menu bar disappear and reappear erratically based on mouse hover/click interaction. Sounds like the same issue as #6801.. @nickpish do you have a custom window theme of any sort, or customized window-size registry settings?

Hi Peter-- as I noted in my previous post on this issue, I have in fact modified the theme on my work machine but not my home machine and I'm experiencing the problem on both.

*edit: I'm realizing that while on my home machine I haven't installed a custom theme, *however I do like to reduce the size of the menu buttons as well as the window padding from the default values-- I guess this could be causing the redraw conflict?

Ok I see what's happening now-- if I adjust either the "border padding" or "active title bar" size from the default values, the menu items start to disappear; restoring them to defaults fixes the problem.

This is obviously not an extremely high priority, but if a fix could be factored into an upcoming update I'd be most appreciative (I cannot stand the Windows7 border padding and title bar size; it drives me crazy :)

As @JeffryBooher mentioned we get more reports of this bug recently - bumping up the prio and marking this as a 1.0 bug to fix.
