InlineEditor file link not properly underlined

1. Go to FindReplace.js : 630
2. Open an Inline Editor on handleQueryChange
3. Move the cursor over the file link (saying FindReplace.js : 565)

Result: It is not completely underlined.
Expected: It should be properly underlined.

Hmm, looks like the line number alignment is broken too. @SAplayer can you try with all extensions disabled?

I can reproduce it without any extension installed on my mac 10.8.5.

Ah, ok yeah -- I can repro the underline problem with there are 3 digits in the line number. It doesn't happen if I go back to just before @larz0's CSS changes in #5921 -- assigning to him.

The misaligned line numbers in the screenshot above are UTR for me though -- I'm guessing that part is due to some extension @SAplayer has installed.
