[CEF 1916] Brackets shell briefly draws garbage on startup #8118
On the Mac, when I start up Brackets with CEF 1916, I briefly see the shell draw with garbage near the top left before it loads the UI. This didn't happen in 1750 or earlier versions, I believe.
