Replace across files shortcut on Windows is inconsistent

CTRL+H is a standard way for finding so it feels odd that CTRL+SHIFT+ALT+F is replace across files. It should be CTRL+SHIFT+H

I'm not positive, but am almost sure I ran into this small bit of confusion myself while trying out replace across files the other day. While I see your point and kinda agree it should be Ctrl+Shift+H for consistency, I wonder what shortcut other IDE's use and if it should match them instead.

@JeffryBooher Your suggestion is for Windows only, right? And it is already taken to hide the side bar. So how about Ctrl+Alt+H? And do we also need to change Mac shortcut?

I think mac is OK since it is already following the same mnemonic as the replace command Alt+Command+F vs. Alt+Shift+Command+F (for replace in files):

COMMAND+F = Find
SHIFT+COMMAND+F = Find in files
ALT+COMMAND+F = Replace
SHIFT+ALT+COMMAND+F = Replace in files

Is there any way we change the hide file tree to use CTRL+ALT+H on Windows?

The standard is to use the same key combinations:
CTR+H for replace and CTRL+SHIFT+H for replace in files.
CTRL+F for find and CTRL+SHIFT+F for find in files. (which is how we do it now)

CTRL+SHIFT+H is also the accel for Visual Studio so it does have muscle memory.

I like the idea of Ctrl+Shift+H for Replace All, so that it exactly parallels Find All. We could move Hide Sidebar to Ctrl+Alt+H to make that possible...

F Find and Replace/Marked for 1.0 since we want to get keyboard shortcuts done for 1.0 and this is an easy fix.
