Performance Improvement: Use precompiled LESS

Is there a plan to use precompiled LESS instead of including LESS.js? It would probably make the editor load a little more quickly!

@ShashankaNataraj We do actually use precompiled LESS in release builds of Brackets (and it does make things faster!)
