Add a small dataset comparison plotting module for reusable package workflows. It loads evaluation outputs, filters selected runs, writes the selected-run table, and renders overall bars plus optional lead-time curves. Keep paper reproduction scripts and bespoke figure layouts out of this branch so they can remain on the original plots branch.
Expose plotting through the existing autocast command as autocast plot instead of adding a separate top-level executable. Share parser setup between the standalone plotting module and the workflow CLI so the plotting implementation stays in one place.
Document the expected evaluated-run directory layout and show the main autocast plot commands for listing runs, plotting metrics, and selecting a non-default eval subdirectory. Link the guide from the README so users can find it alongside the existing workflow documentation.
