Added French translation
I noticed HaramBlur didn't have French support yet, so I added it since I'm a native speaker.
What I changed:
Added all French translations in translations.js
Added French to the language dropdown
Set French text direction to LTR
Tested on Chrome and Firefox, everything works الحمد لله. No UI issues.
