Clarify type of `lvl0`

Hi!

On this page: https://docsearch.algolia.com/docs/record-extractor#lvl0, the expected type for lvl0 is type Lvl0, but the examples on the page all show strings.

I'm happy to make a PR myself, but wanted to clarify the right course of action first, i.e., fixing the examples or fixing the type in the reference.
